Return & Refund Policy

Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags intact.

Customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective due to our error.

To raise a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email within the return window with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective.
