How does customisation work?+
On each customisable product you'll see options like text, colour, size or image. Fill them in, add to cart, and we'll craft it to match. For complex designs you can also share a reference on WhatsApp.
What are your turnaround times?+
Ready-made items ship in 2–4 days. Made-to-order pieces typically take 4–8 days depending on the product — the estimate is shown on each product page.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?+
Yes! Use our Bulk Enquiry form for weddings, corporate gifting, return gifts or reseller orders. We reply with a custom quote within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via secure online payment. You can also choose to confirm your order and pay via WhatsApp.
What is your return policy?+
Ready-made items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there's a defect on our end.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery is a flat ₹100 on every order, shown at checkout.
